Dear Dr PGT,
I finally read “transplant story”
It is a well written novel with good dose of humour, particularly from the state of Kerala.
As a transplant surgeon, I found this book very informative from the medical point of view. I believe the information it offers is very relevant even today in every centre that offers transplantation.
I have given few copies of “transplant story” to my colleagues here in Adelaide who are surgeons, transplant coordinators, and transplant physicians.
I’m sure anyone reading this will get a ring side view of what actually happens through the entire process of donation to transplant!
It is wonderful that a fantastic surgeon, human and a thorough gentleman like PGT penned this very interesting book.

As a fellow in Transplant Anesthesiology and Critical Care, i found the CCM Neurosurgery episode hilarious:)
Transplant surgeons are people at the apex of technical excellence. To know they have another side to them is fascinating, and hope this book helps to awaken the transplant community in India to action.
